When can I register by player and when is the deadline for doing so?

Player registration begins on November 9th, 2025 for the 2026 season for all age groups.

No additional registrations will be accepted after January 20, 2026.

What are the player registration fees for this year?

After the late fee deadline of Jan 16, 2026:
Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade - $70
3rd thru 8th Grade - $160

How can I pay my player registration fees?

Accepted Answer

You have two options for payment.

Option 1 - Send Venmo payment to @Madeira-Lax. Include your players full name(s) and school grade(s) in the comment.

Option 2 - Send a personal check to the following USPS address. 
NOTE: It is important that you include your player(s) full name(s) and school grade(s) along with your check if you choose this option:

How old must my child be to play and what are the team age groups?

Your child must be enrolled in kindergarten up to and including 8th grade.

What is USA Lacrosse and who needs a membership?

Accepted Answer

Every player must have a USA Lacrosse membership to participate in our club.

This membership provides essential benefits, including:
 • Comprehensive insurance coverage for players during practices, games, and events
 • Safety and training standards that ensure qualified coaches and properly certified programs
 • Access to national resources, including rules, development programs, and safety initiatives
 • Support for growing the sport, helping fund youth development, training, officials, and national programs

USA Lacrosse membership is required by youth leagues nationwide and ensures a safe, supported, and high-quality experience for every player.

Do I need to attend to Madeira Schools to join a team?

Accepted Answer

No, we do accept players from outside the Madeira School District. Please contact us for more information at madeiralax@gmail.com.
